Our founder, Thomas, transitioned out of the Navy in 2019 and spent months applying for jobs himself. The process was bad. Recruiters disappeared. Companies ran out the clock. Candidates were treated like inventory.

REDEPLOYMENT was started specifically to do it better. We don't ghost. We don't ignore applications. Even if a search runs long, we close the loop with every candidate, with real feedback, every time.

That practice has become the most important thing about how we operate — and quietly, it's our largest source of new business. Candidates we placed elsewhere come back as our clients. The ones who didn't get the role come back as referrers. Respect compounds.
