The engagement, step by step.

Most searches are over in 4–8 weeks. Here's what those weeks look like from your seat.

Strategy session
60–90 min with the hiring manager. We map the role, the team, the stage, the comp band, and the cultural shape of who you actually need. Output: a one-page search strategy, not a 20-page job description.

Network activation
We start with the people we already know who could be a fit — passive candidates with reputations we can vouch for. Most generalist firms can't do this step because they don't have the bench.

Calibration loop
